Cyprus has added the Chinese CoronaVac drug to the list of vaccines against coronavirus that provide the right of entry to inoculated tourists, including Ukrainians. The proper information is published at the governmental website for the registration of tourists.
From now on, people vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Sinovac (CoronaVac) can enter Cyprus. Besides, it is allowed to cross the border if a person is vaccinated by Russian Sputnik or Chinese Sinopharm.
However, it is necessary to finish the immunization, in other receive two doses, to avoid problems at the border. Besides, it is necessary to show an international certificate on vaccination during the entrance to Cyprus and fill the form and get CyprusFlightPass 48 hours before the arrival to the country.
As we reported, Ukrainian vaccination certificates started working on July 1. On July 5, the first Covid-19 certificates appeared on Diya app. Ukrainians can receive them if they are vaccinated by Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty), AstraZeneca-SK Bio (Vaxzevria), Serum Institute of India (Covishield), or Sinovac (CoronaVac). AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, and Johnson&Johnson are approved in the EU.
