The situation could be called rather typical than unusual for elections in Ukraine, this time it took place in Dnipro. The local electoral commission has received too small safes for keeping 5,000 ballot papers.
The chairperson of the election commission turned to her senior institutions with a request to help but received nothing in response. Then the members of the commission decided to act according to the protocol, according to which the ballots should be stored in fireproof containers, so they decided to take big pots from the school cafeteria.
The pots were sealed in the presence of law enforcement officers and placed in a special room along with a safe, they were guarded by the police.

For example, in one of the sites, which located in the music hall of the kindergarten, there was only one booth, which looked like a screen from a puppet theater.
The person responsible for the situation has already been found. And, of course, the coronavirus is to blame for the failure of TEC members to prepare booths for voters.
The head of the Zhytomyr Territorial Election Commission, Oksana Plis, explained that due to the coronavirus pandemic, "no one wanted to do this," and for a long time, the Zhytomyr Election Commission could not find an executor.
In the Sumy region, villagers created a fake polling station
In the village of Sosnivka, Konotop district, Sumy region, observers and law enforcement officers found an illegal polling station.
The village is part of the Popovska United Territorial Community (UTG). The illegal plot organizes voting in the village council of the community, which refuses to be part of the UTG.
Local residents were invited to vote at the fake polling station, they mistakenly came to the self-proclaimed site instead of the real one, but there was a low turnout because it was located in the back of the village and nothing happened near it, people did not know where to go, said the chairman of the board of the OPORA civil network.

"In Auly, unused ballots are destroyed in such an original and colorful way! A real feature! This is a tradition!" local social media users assure.
