Russian journalists, members of the Zvezda television channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense, who entered Ukraine on December 12, were barred from entering for three years, they had already left the country. The speaker of the Security Service of Ukraine Olena Hitlyanska stated, Interfax reports.
"The crew of the Zvezda channel has been prohibited from entering for three years for professional activities for the channel, which is on the sanctions list," - Hitlyanska said.
As the speaker noted, the film crew has already left the territory of Ukraine.
At the same time, the Security Service of Ukraine speaker added that the channel’s employees entered Ukraine as ordinary citizens, not accredited to work as journalists.
As we reported, three Ukrainians captured by the so-called Donetsk Peoples’ Republic were shown in the program on Russia-1 TV channel.
