Ukraine's Chief Sanitary Doctor Viktor Lyashko believes that the state bodies cannot impose strict quarantine restrictions once again.
"When we talked about March-April, we had well-timed strict quarantine restrictions. And there was no peak increase in the number of coronavirus cases in Ukraine. During that time, we prepared our health care system, and now we clearly understand that such strict measures cannot be introduced once again because they have a very negative impact on the economy," Lyashko said.
