According to the country's Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, the government is already developing a plan to introduce a strict lockdown.

As we reported earlier, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that Europe was likely to experience a third wave of the deadly Covid-19 pandemic in early 2021 before a vaccine was introduced.

"They missed building up the necessary infrastructure during the summer months after they brought the first wave under the control. Now we have the second wave. If they do not build the necessary infrastructure, we will have a third wave early next year," said the organization's special envoy.
