As we reported earlier, according to WHO Chief Scientist Soumya Swaminathan, young and healthy people will have to wait until 2022 in order to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
“There will be a lot of guidance coming out, but I think an average person, a healthy young person might have to wait until 2022 to get a vaccine,” she said.
In her opinion, the medics and people who are on the frontlines of the fight against coronavirus should get the vaccine in the first place.
