Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 4,647 new cases of Covid-19, including 448 children and 57 healthcare workers. Coronavirus_Info Telegram channel reports it.

2,325 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 69 patients deceased and 983 recovered. 23,665 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kharkiv (611), Dnipropetrovsk (506), Odesa (331), Chernivtsi (253) and Ternopil (234) regions.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,392,397 people have contracted the disease, 2,244,192 have overcome it, 55,626 have succumbed to it.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Healthcare is developing a list of professions that will definitely need to be vaccinated against Covid, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Ihor Kuzin announced during a briefing.

“Currently, the Ministry of Healthcare, on behalf of the government, is developing a list of professions, industries and organizations whose employees will be subject to mandatory preventive vaccination against coronavirus. It includes employees of educational institutions, employees of central executive bodies and their structural units, and local governments. We hope that next week we will be able to publish and present a draft of such a document,” Kuzin said.
