1,701 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 89 patients deceased, and 8,937 recovered. 34,506 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Dnipropetrovsk (453), Kharkiv (188), Donetsk (182), Kyiv (178) and Mykolaiv (160) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,182,521 people have contracted the disease, 1,950,562 have overcome it, 49,368 - have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, at the end of May, Romania plans to donate a consignment of coronavirus vaccine to Ukraine. This was announced by Deputy Foreign Minister Vasyl Bodnar.
"At the end of May, as part of humanitarian aid, Romania plans to hand over a batch of coronavirus vaccine to Ukraine," Bodnar said.
He also noted that the issue of resale of 1.2 million doses of AstraZeneca vaccine by Poland to Ukraine remains relevant.
