Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 16,294 new cases of Covid-19, including 689 children and 631 medics. This is mentioned on the Telegram channel Coronavirus_Info.
1,639 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 184 patients deceased, and 8,897 recovered. 67,348 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (1,739), Dnipropetrovsk (1,599), Odesa (1,350), Zaporizhzhia (1,067) and Sumy (1,013) regions.
709,701 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine. 12,093 recovered.
As we reported earlier, Ukraine's Healthcare Minister Maksym Stepanov explained that next week, from November 30, the authorities do not intend to introduce a full lockdown in Ukraine.
"Next week no one will definitely introduce it. We are considering different options for the development of events, but in any case, we will make an advisory message in seven to ten days with a clear list of restrictions if we need to introduce strict quarantine measures," Stepanov said.
At the same time, the minister noted that the situation related to countering the coronavirus disease in the country is quite tense, but not critical.
