The bed occupancy rate in the Covid units in hospitals of the self-styled "Donetsk People's Republic" approaches 100 percent. Press office of the "Healthcare Ministry of Donetsk People's Republic" reported that on September 16.

"Due to the growing morbidity rate, hospital bases are filled by almost 100 percent, which considerably increases workload of our medics; thus, it makes already tough conditions even more complicated, and the doctors work in these conditions for a year and a half now", the authority said.

38 hospital bases have been deployed in the non-recognized "people's republic" to combat the virus.
