102,478 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Ukraine on January 4. Of these, 1,843 received a booster dose of the vaccine, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare reports.

Thus, yesterday the first dose was received by 26,502 people, the second dose - 73,536 people, the additional dose was received by 597 people, the booster dose - 1,843 people.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 14,748,324 people have been vaccinated in the country, of which 14,748,322 received the first dose and 13,835,698 received two doses. 4,756 people received an additional dose and 7,556 people received a booster dose. A total of 28,596,332 vaccinations were performed.

As it was reported, a booster dose of coronavirus vaccine is being introduced in Ukraine. So far, it is allowed for people over 60 years.

In addition, the Ministry of Health has made changes to the scheme of mixing coronavirus vaccines.
