The Covid-certificates, which include the data on vaccination of patients are supposed to be launched in Ukraine by July 1. Maksym Stepanov, the Healthcare Minister said so as quoted by the authority's press office.

The Ministry claims that the document is being developed in line with the requirements of the European Commission and the WHO. The data will be submitted via the digital system of healthcare, and the certificate itself can be received at a doctor's office or generated in the mobile app or Diya web portal.

Prior to the introduction of Covid-passports, Ukrainians who received both doses of the vaccine can get the hard copy of international certificate on vaccination - whenever requested. The Ministry stated this document is now valid.
