Over the past 24 hours, 476 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Ukraine: 19,706 people have become infected since the beginning of the pandemic in the country. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.
As of 9:00 a.m. on May 21, 579 deaths were recorded in Ukraine, and 6,227 patients recovered.

Vinnytsia region - 788 cases; Volyn region - 698 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region - 856 cases; Donetsk region - 138 cases; Zhytomyr region - 589 cases; Transcarpathian region - 964 cases; Zaporozhia region - 398 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region - 1257 cases; Kirovohrad region - 455 cases; Kyiv - 2475 cases; Kyiv region - 1316 cases; Lviv region - 1175 cases; Luhansk region - 43 cases; Mykolaiv region - 274 cases; Odesa region - 806 cases; Poltava region - 266 cases; Rivne region - 1287 cases; Sumy region - 165 cases; Ternopil region - 1098 cases; Kharkiv region - 851 cases; Kherson region - 173 cases; Khmelnytskyi region - 294 cases; Chernivtsi region - 2842 cases; Cherkasy region - 381 cases; Chernihiv region - 117 cases.
As we reported earlier, Ukraine offered to provide occupied areas of Donbas with humanitarian aid to fight against Covid-19 but the so-called ‘local authorities’ refused.
