On Monday Kharkiv will be included into the "red" quarantine zone. However public transport in the city will not be stopped and schools will be transferred to the online learning. It was reported by 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"According to the rules of adaptive quarantine, shopping and entertainment centers, cafes and markets should be closed, however, local authorities decided not to shock people with such restrictions. From Monday, the shopping and entertainment centers will work until 8 p.m. Schools will be transferred to the online learning and kindergartens will work as usual," the message informs.
It is also noted that the metro, trolleybuses, trams and minibuses will operate as usual. Rail transport will also remain unchanged.
As we reported earlier, from midnight on October 19 (Monday) in Ukraine, a new epidemic zoning will begin to operate. Nine regional centers, including Kharkiv, will fall into the "red" quarantine zone.
