October 7, Medical Forces of the Ukrainian military reported 63 new cases of infection with Covid-19.

According to the authority, 797 people are now staying in isolation. "20 of these are hospitalized. The conditions of patients' health are fine, they are getting the necessary treatment. 43 people are staying home, under the supervision of medical service. Their health conditions are satisfactory, the mild form of the disease is observed", reads the message.

11 lethal cases took place in the Armed Forces since the epidemic reached Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the current condition of ex-President Petro Poroshenko who suffers from Covid-19 has worsened. The politician's wife Maryna Poroshenko said so in the interview with reporter and TV host Yanina Sokolova.

"He has bilateral pneumonia. He's at a hospital, getting complex treatment. Unfortunately, his blood condition worsened now, it is too thick. The doctors can't even take it for analysis to monitor his condition and assess the course of the disease", Maryna Poroshenko said.

She added that doctors also found coronavirus in their daughter Yevhenia. According to her mother, the girl has been suffering considerably less damage than her father. Her temperature grows rapidly from time to time, and these symptoms are easily countered with antifebrile drugs.
