As of 09:00 a.m., May 27, 21,905 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases are observed in Ukraine. 658 cases proved lethal, while 7,995 people recovered. 321 new cases of coronavirus were spotted in the past 24 hours as the Health Ministry of Ukraine reported.
Speaking on the situation in the regions, the figures are the following: Vinnytsia region - 932 cases; Volyn region - 814 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region - 905 cases; Donetsk region - 155 cases; Zhytomyr region - 660 cases; Zakarpattia region – 1,104 cases; Zaporizhia region - 420 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1,327 cases; Kirovohrad region - 489 cases; Kyiv – 2,739 cases; Kyiv region – 1,474 cases; Lviv region – 1,443 cases; Luhansk region - 45 cases; Mykolaiv region - 281 cases; Odesa region - 853 cases; Poltava region - 267 cases; Rivne region – 1,514 cases; Sumy region - 166 cases; Ternopil region – 1,126 cases; Kharkiv region - 959 cases; Kherson region - 177 cases; Khmelnytskyi region - 381 cases; Chernivtsi region – 3,144 cases; Cherkasy region - 393 cases; Chernihiv region - 137 cases.
The information from the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Sevastopol is absent.
As of the morning of May 27, 2020, the Center received 924 reports on the suspicion for coronavirus. Totally, 54,885 reports were received since the beginning of 2020.
