Covid-19 in Kyiv: 921 cases observed over 24hrs

During the past 24 hours, 921 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.

15 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 965 Kyiv citizens.

The number of newly infected includes 525 women (18-97 years old), 343 men (18-93), 25 girls (1-17), and 28 boys (3-17).

42 medics are among those who got infected over the last 24 hours.

44 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

During the past 24 hours, 57 citizens of Kyiv recovered; totally, 18,759 people overcame the virus.

The majority of the cases were observed in Darnytsky (124), Obolonsky (121) and Desnyansky (120) districts.

As we reported earlier, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian Healthcare Ministry reported 10,681 new cases of coronavirus.

535,857 cases have been registered since the pandemic reached Ukraine. 241,444 people recovered from the disease (+2,633 per 24 hours). 9,603 people deceased (+95 per 24 hours).

Most of the cases over day were observed in Kyiv (921), Zaporizhya region (868), Kharkiv region (713), Odesa region (692) and Kyiv region (692).
