During the past 24 hours, 821 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on his Telegram page.

14 patients died. As for today, Covid-19 took the lives of 2,175 Kyiv citizens.

The number of newly infected includes 484 women (18-99 years old), 316 men (18-85), 10 girls (1-17), and 11 boys (1-17).

68 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

Most of the new cases were observed in Darnytsky (151), Desnyansky (119) and Dniprovsky (109) districts.

As we reported earlier, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 7,729 new cases of Covid-19, including 245 children and 369 healthcare workers.

2,083 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 144 patients deceased, and 9,792 recovered. 48,700 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (821), Zaporizhzhia (696), Dnipropetrovsk (586), Donetsk (540), Lviv (485) regions.

1,154,692 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine, 857,183 recovered.
