Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 9,012 new cases of Covid-19

During the past 24 hours, 1,049 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.

16 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 2,897 Kyiv citizens.

The number of newly infected includes 268 women (18-90years old), 147 men (19-89), 14 girls (2-16), and 10 boys (1-17).

101 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 9,012 new cases of Covid-19, including 491 children and 193 healthcare workers. Coronavirus_Info Telegram channel reports it.

4,216 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 145 patients deceased, and 2,743 recovered. 60,522 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Zhytomyr (923), Dnipropetrovsk (660), Vinnytsia (634), Lviv (590) and Kharkiv (569) regions. 

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,460,756 people have contracted the disease, 1,222,516 have overcome it, 28,303 - have succumbed to it.
