During the past 24 hours, 95 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.

23 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 4,666 Kyiv citizens since the pandemic began.

The number of newly infected includes 59 women (20-83 years old), 33 men (21-85), 1 girls (14), and 2 boys (14 and 15).

Some 60 patients were hospitalized. Some 66 people recovered over the past day. In total 124,501 residents of Kyiv overcame Covid-19.

Meanwhile, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 2,758 new cases of Covid-19, including 116 children and 23 healthcare workers. 

1,591 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 154 patients deceased, and 5,550 recovered. 16,023 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Dnipropetrovsk (360), Cherkasy (233), Sumy (231), Donetsk (202) and Kharkiv (164) regions.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,085,938 people have contracted the disease, 1,681,815 have overcome it, 44,750 - have succumbed to it.
