During the past 24 hours, 1,518 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on his Telegram page.

15 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 1,425 Kyiv citizens.

The number of newly infected includes 813 women (18-91 years old), 583 men (18-85), 67 girls (1-17), and 55 boys (1-17).

87 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

Most of the new cases were observed in Dniprovsky (28), Desnyansky (237) and Podilsky (185) districts.

As we reported earlier, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 11,590 new cases of Covid-19, including 627 children and 493 medics.

1,127 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 167 patients deceased, an recovered 6,048. 42,096 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (1,518), Odesa (1,002), Zaporizhzhia (817), Kyiv (809) and Dnipropetrovsk (798) regions. 

813,306 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine. 418,581 recovered.
