The court withdrew all procedural obligations from Marusya Zvirobiy (Olena Bilenka). Her lawyer, Andriy Pisarenko posted a court decision's screenshot on his Facebook page.

“Today, the investigating judge of the Pechersk court returned to the prosecutor in the case of the attempt on Zelensky' life a petition for the extension of the procedural duties of Marusya Zvirobiy. Now Marusya does not have a single preventive measure in this extremely difficult case,” he wrote.

As we reported before, a criminal case was opened against MP from the European Solidarity faction Sofia Fedyna and Armed Forces  volunteer Marusia Zvirobiy over their inappropriate rhetoric towards the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.  

Earlier, Pechersk District Court chose a preventive measure for Marusya Zvirobiy in the form of a personal obligation with the wearing of an electronic bracelet.
