The Shevchenkivsky district court of Kyiv fined a resident of the capital $620 for violating sanitary and anti-epidemic rules during the quarantine period imposed against the backdrop of the situation with coronavirus, the press service of the court noted.
"Based on the results of the case, the person was found guilty of an offense under Article 443 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and imposed an administrative fine of $620," the statement said.
Thus, the court found that a resident of the city of Kyiv carried out the sale of food from her hands in an unidentified place, thereby violating the sanitary and anti-epidemic rules during the period of quarantine.
As we reported before, In Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Cherkasy and the Yampolsky district, national guardsmen will be attracted to conduct restrictive quarantine measures
The Guards have already begun to serve in mobile and stationary posts. They control carriers regarding their compliance with quarantine restrictions.
Also, the National Guard provides security at the observational facility near the Dnipro. On the territory of the institution there are Ukrainians who arrived from European countries. They will be under the supervision of doctors for two weeks.
