The Kyivsky district court of Kharkiv chose a measure of restraint for one of the attackers on the Patriots - For Life bus. He will remain in jail until October 25 without the right to bail, Strana reports, citing a live broadcast from the courtroom.
The head of the National Corps Kyiv regional organization Serhiy Tamarin expressed the position of the activists. He stated that "the judge does not hear the street and is acting against the law."
Earlier representatives of Azov and the National Corps fired at the bus of activists of the organization Patriots - For Life near Kharkiv, there are victims. The MP from Opposition Platform - For Life Party Ilya Kiva stated this on his Facebook page.
“A bus with members of the Patriots - For Life organization was just blocked by people from Azov and the National Corps on the Kyiv-Kharkiv highway near Kharkiv. Members of these gangs shelled the bus from automatic arms, inflicting serious bullet wounds on civilians. They also used traumatic weapons, causing serious injuries incompatible with life,” he said.
Ilya Kiva added that two representatives of the “Patriots” were kidnapped by members of Azov and National Corps gangs and taken away in an unknown direction.
