A call centre for counteracting coronavirus started working in Ukraine. Maksym Stepanov, the Healthcare Minister reported that on a briefing.
"On November 2, the all-Ukraine contact centre of Healthcare Ministry for counteracting the coronavirus disease began to work. From now on, every citizen of Ukraine who has questions about Covid-19 can call and get respective information - regardless the region he/she is staying. The free phone number is 0 800 60 20 19", the official said.
All appeals will be registered in the CRM system, which automatically redirects it for consideration by local authorities. An operator will have to re-call the claimant.
As we reported, the number of officially registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine is now more than 400,000. Actually, it is now 402,194. This is mentioned in the message of Coronavirus-info Telegram channel.
The number of new cases over the day made 6,754; 69 of these people passed away, and 2,327 recovered during that period.
Meanwhile, the number of people infected with coronavirus in the world exceeded 46 million. 46,095,032 infected with Covid-19 have been recorded in the world, of which 1,196,690 people died of the disease. 33,356,500 patients have already overcome this illness.
