Complete evacuation of the population from the Hitrino village  Shumen region in Bulgaria was declared after on Saturday morning a large railway accident occurred, according to TV channel NovaTV.

According to the channel information, in the village there are about 700 people, all of them will be evacuated in the coming hours.

People would be transported to their relatives or friends in other towns, those who have no place to go, would be moved into the building of the city of Shumen Military School.

Homes of evacuated residents of the village will be protected by law enforcement officials.

Presumably, the reason for the train accident was speeding, reports Novinite.

"Speaker of the Parliament transport committee Nastimir Ananiev said that speeding or technical mistakes in making the composition of the train might cause this incident," - said in a statement.
