The Chinese boy band WayV released a music video for the song 'Take Off,' which was filmed in Kyiv.

In particular, among the locations in the video, you can see the unfinished Podilsko-Voskresensky Bridge and Sahaidachny Street. Also, several shots were filmed in the hangar, against the background of the Ukrainian plane of Antonov State Enterprise.   

The song will be part of the new mini album of the band called 'Take Off.'

WayV is a Chinese boy band, formed in 2019 by S.M. Entertainment and Label V. They are the fourth unit of the South Korean NCT band but do not have a NCT prefix due to a ban on the Korean music industry in China, but can be promoted along with other NCT members. The unit consists of seven members: Kun - leader of the group, Ten, WinWin, Lucas, Hendery, Xiaojun and Yangyang. The debut took place on January 17 with the mini-album The Vision.

Earlier, the popular South Korean boy-band NCT has filmed the clip for its new song “Boss” in Kyiv. The building and interiors of the National Library of Ukraine named after Vernadsky can be seen in the music video.

Eurovision 2018 winner Netta Barzilai also released music video filmed in Kyiv. The video features the Darnytsky bridge, the interior of the National Library named after Volodymyr Vernadsky and the namesake boulevard, all of which are Kyiv's locations.
