Car accident in Luhansk region: Four injure, one dies

A car accident took place in Luhansk region, as a result of which, one person deceased, four more injured. Tetiana Pohuikai, Head of the Communication Department of Police in Luhansk region claimed this on Facebook. 

'On August 23, at about 11:50 p.m., a 17-year-old driver of Opel Astra having gone on the way Bilokurakyne-Lub'yanka-Alexeyevka, have been going at wrong speed, what made him lose control and go out of the road on the high speed where the vehicle turned over,' she said.

As a result of the accident, an 18-year-old passenger died at the scene, the 17-year-old and three girls at the age of 17-18 were injured. 

The driver was informed about the suspicion of committing a criminal offense, provided for by the signs of Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety regulations by the person driving the vehicle, which caused the death of the victim).
