Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine Roman Vashchuk and Canadians who are involved in police reform projects in Ukraine supported the #22PushUpChallenge in support of anti-terrorist operation veterans. It is stated on the page of the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine on Facebook.
"Despite snow and cold weather in Kyiv 20 Canadians were able to show the world their support for Ukrainian troops and the need to increase awareness on the prevention of suicides in the military", reads the message.
Canadian Ambassador Roman Vashchuk passed the baton to the British Embassy in Ukraine.
Earlier Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, State Service for Emergency Situations Head Mykola Chechetkin, NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov and a lot of people's deputies and military also took part in the challenge.
