The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published on its website an amended resolution with an application banning work of entertainment venues and restaurants from 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. The decision is dated July 8, but published on July 11.
It is forbidden to work at night with entertainment institutions and business entities providing catering services with or without leisure activities (restaurants, cafes, bars, snack bars, canteens, cafeterias, buffets, etc.).
It is also forbidden to work at present cultural institutions, except for cinemas.
However, in the resolution, it remains possible to provide catering services using targeted delivery and take-out orders. That is, theoretically, a dish or drink (if it is a bar) can be bought at night.
As we reported before, the Emergency Situations Commission of Kyiv allowed restaurants, catering establishments and cinemas to operate at night.
"Today, the city’s emergency commission allowed restaurants, catering establishments and cinemas and theaters to work after 10 p.m.. With observance of sanitary norms and regulations. The work of entertainment facilities and cultural events is limited to 10 p.m.," the mayor said.
