Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine imposed emergency measures in the state energy system of Ukraine.
The unargued decision was taken during the extraordinary meeting of the government held today, on Wednesday, which was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine TV channel.
Earlier, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman addressed the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (RNBO) concerning Donbas blockade conducted by the ATO veterans.
Note that the Anti-crisis Energy Staff recommended the Head of the Ministry of Energy Ihor Nasalyk to introduce the issue of emergency measures on the power market for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
As it is know, railway blockade continues in Ukraine for three weeks already. These train tracks are used to deliver coal from the occupied territories of Donbas. Prime-Minister Groysman announced that he does not see the alternative for buying coal from enterprises located on the occupied territories in order to ensure energy supply.
