Serhiy Mazur, the coordinator of C14, the far-right organization, which is included in the American terrorist base, survived an attempt on his life; a hand grenade exploded in his apartment, inflicting heavy injuries on his father. The man lost a lot of blood but survived. Ukrainian far-right MP Ihor Lutsenko reported this on Facebook.

The attack took place overnight.

Mazur who is the assistant to Lutsenko is a well-known far-right activist. Specifically, he is a suspect in pogroms against Roma settlement in Kyiv. As reported, the effective pogrom and burning of the camp took place on 20-21 April (dedicated to Adolf Hitler's birthday), with Mazur describing it in detail on his Facebook page.  In July 2018, Mazur has received a two-month suspended sentence. A year before, April 20, 2016, C14 members stabbed a left-wing anti-war activist Stas Serhiyenko. In September 2018, C14 members have conducted an attack against the lawyer in Zhytomyr

Mazur was also involved in turning considerable public attention to the case of Yuriy Krysin, charged with the murder of Vyacheslav Veremiy. Veremiy, the reporter of Vesti newspaper was killed by pro-Russian armed thugs in Kyiv, during the Revolution of Dignity in February 2014.  Krysin was sentenced to five years-long detention, as the jury found him guilty. Earlier this week, he was transferred to Donetsk penal colony.

C14, the Ukrainian far-right organization, is regularly involved in numerous attacks against civilians, students, journalists, lawyers, social activists, foreigners, minorities, LGBT activists, they often conduct hate crimes and often go unpunished. The organization's leader Yevhen Karas acknowledged the cooperation of Ukraine's Security Service.

C14, which has taken part over the spring in brutal anti-Roma raids with hammers, has recently been a recipient of Ministry of Youth and Sport grants totalling at least $14,000.

Founded in 2010, C14 is named after the 14-word slogan “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White Children” of American Nazi David Lane.
