The Central Election Committee released the final results of by-elections of Ukrainian lawmakers in districts No.184 (Kherson region) and No.197 (Cherkasy region). This is mentioned on the website of the Central Election Committee of Ukraine. 

Press office of the Committee claimed that the Fifth and Sixth Courts of Appeal claimed that not a single case at their disposal could affect the release of by-elections that took place on October 31.

Thus, lawmaker Serhiy Kozyr won the election in district No.184 (Kherson region); Vitaliy Voitsekhovsky triumphed in district No.197 in Cherkasy region.

The elections in these districts took place on October 31. According to the data of the Central Election Committee, the voters turnout in the district No.184 made 21.39 percent; in the district No.197, it made 25.57 percent.
