A bus with Ukrainians got in a car accident in Poland. Seven people were traumatized. One of them needs surgery as Ukraine 24 TV channel reported citing Consul General of Ukraine in Lublin Vasyl Pavlyuk.
“On September 7, 2021, near Lublin, the car accident took place with the minibus with eight persons traveling from Ukraine to Poland. As a result of the car accident, seven citizens of Ukraine suffered,” the Ukrainian Embassy reported on Twitter.
The embassy noted that all affected people were taken to Lublin hospital.
According to Pavlyuk, one of the suffered gets the surgery on the spine. He assured that all Ukrainians receive medical aid.
According to the preliminary information, the car accident took place as the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
As we reported, a passenger bus going from Chisinau to Moscow overturned at Olena Teliha Street in Kyiv on the night of August 25. As a result of the road accident, 8 people were injured.
Besides, a car accident with the bus took place at the Romanian-Hungarian border. 34 people, including Ukrainians, were aboard. Then, it was reported that the passenger bus crashed into the truck near the checkpoint. According to the news agency, 17 citizens of Czechia, 16 citizens of Ukraine, and a citizen of Moldova were aboard. An 8-year-old child was among the passengers.
