"Funds from the rental fee should be used for development of the local community. The key question is – where exactly these funds should be directed. In my opinion, the primary destination must be educational facilities, as well as arrangement, renovation and modernization of pre-school educational institutions. In accordance with the new law on education, we introduce the" New Ukrainian school", and the funds from gas-producing companies have helped us equip the newest classrooms for first-graders and create all the conditions for students," said Vitaly Onosha, chairman of Valky District Council (Kharkiv region).
