The terms of the health restoration after coronavirus may last from one week up to a year, as BBC reported citing medics from the British Centre for Perioperative Care.

The majority of people have mild symptoms of Covid-19; they need a week for restoration, possibly a long time. High fever shows the continuation of the disease. The cough may repeat during a few weeks when coronavirus is treated. In the first week after recovery, a person may feel week and fatigue, have difficulties in everyday affairs such as brewing the tea or dressing. In such a case, it is necessary to provide a patient with enough time for rest, healthy food and increased fluid intake.

If the disease is severe and a patient is put on the apparatus due to the lack of oxygen, after the recovery, a person may feel a profound sense of fatigue and breathing problems. It takes place because the lungs have not recovered after the inflammation. Physical rehabilitation takes from two up to eight weeks in such a case.
