Border Guard Service bans from entry to Ukraine group of foreigners

They illegally entered the territory of Crimea and offered a bribe to the Ukrainian border guards

The Ukrainian Border Guard did not permit the group of foreigners to enter the territory of continental Ukraine via uncontrolled border crossing checkpoint as the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports.

‘Twelve citizens of Uzbekistan and citizen of Tajikistan made their way from the occupied peninsula by foot. During the border control, the services found out that all foreigners arrived at the Crimean territory via border crossing checkpoint Crimea. The functioning of this checkpoint is temporarily stopped and they did not have the special permit’, the message reports.

Moreover, one of the foreigners offered a bribe to the border guards in the amount of 114 dollars to evade the problems during the crossing of the administrative border line but received a refuse.

‘The Border Guard Service banned these people from entry to the Ukrainian continental territory and prohibited them to entry Ukraine for 3 years. Due to bribery, the militaries provided a notification about the discovery of indicia of the criminal offense under the Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to the National Police.
