In the village of Strohanivka, Simferopol district, the son of political prisoner Ruslan Suleymanov, three-year-old Musa, disappeared. This morning, July 26, it became known that the boy was found dead. Crimean Tatar journalist Lilya Budzhurova wrote about this on her Facebook page.
"Awful grief. The boy was found dead in a drain pit next to the house," the message says.
According to the journalist, a car came to the house to pump out the drain hole. Shouts were heard, and immediately everyone was asked to leave.
After that, the place was fenced off with a signal tape. The boy's body was found in a drain pit.
As we reported before, the European Union called the detention of the Crimean Tatars in Crimea to be politically motivated and expressed the expectation that Russia would stop to put pressure on them and would guarantee the observance of the international standards of the human rights on the peninsula.
Earlier, on July 7, officers of Russia's law enforcement bodies conducted searches in the premises of the Crimean Tatars located in different parts of the annexed Crimea.
