The Polish Ministry of Defense stated that Belarusian security forces intimidate migrants by shooting. The agency posted the relevant video on Twitter.

In the video, a group of migrants surrounded by security forces stands near the border control on Belarusian territory. Then a shot was heard, which caused screams among the crowd of migrants.

"Belarusian services intimidate migrants by firing shots in their presence," the message reads.

As it was reported on November 8, Belarusian journalists have published a video of a large crowd of migrants heading to the Polish border. It is noted that, according to preliminary estimates, several hundred refugees were heading for the border. Among the migrants were children.

In this regard, the Ministry of Defense of Poland has increased the level of combat readiness of troops. At the same time, migrants claim that their ultimate goal is not Poland, but Germany.

On November 10 the number of Polish troops on the border with Belarus has been increased to 15,000.
