Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevgen Yenin believes that the situation with the accumulation of Hasidim on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border was deliberately created by the Belarusian authorities. Yenin expressed this opinion in an interview with Radio Liberty.

“We are quite offended that the Belarusian authorities behaved in this way, knowing full well that the entry of the relevant category of citizens into the territory of Ukraine during this period would be impossible. They deliberately, deliberately, issued these citizens for entry at the Minsk airport, contrary to their own regulatory rules," Yenin said.

According to him, the Lukashenko regime facilitated the entry of a large number of pilgrims into the territory of Belarus and their transit to the border with Ukraine, exposing these people to danger.

The diplomat drew attention to the fact that since September 10, Belarus has included Israel in the so-called "red zone". In accordance with Belarusian legislation, even transit entry from this category of countries is prohibited.
