"The Lebanese Cabinet of Ministers declared a two-week state of emergency in the capital and handed over control of security to the military following a powerful explosion in Beirut, which killed at least 135 people and injured 5,000," it said.

"There are some families whose property, houses, apartments were damaged. There are also minor injuries, cuts, bruises (for citizens of Ukraine, - 112 International), but there are no serious victims yet," Ostash said.
