Any attempt to circumvent the law to export medical masks will be severely punished. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated this during a briefing, which was broadcast by the 112 Ukraine TV channel.
He also refuted the words of the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Peter Pellegrini, who said the day before that Ukraine was ready to sell two million masks and requested payment in cash, but the reseller intercepted the order from Germany.
“If Slovakia planned to do this, it planned to do so bypassing the law. We checked all the databases, including customs, we held consultations at all levels, and did not find any signs of selling medical masks abroad. Thus, I refute this statement that caused so much noise yesterday," - he said.
