The company won the competition for construction without experience of similar work and with inconsistency with the terms of the proposals.

On the day of the actual start of work, additional agreements were signed between the director of the winning company and the director of another company, in which the freight cost of the dredging caravan was significantly increased.

As a result, the cost of work performed increased significantly. Despite this, the officials of Administration of the Ukrainian seaports, abusing their official position, signed acts of work and carried out a corresponding allocation of funds to private companies. The loss of the state amounted to $800,00.

According to Odesa media, we are talking about an assistant to the former MP from the Front for Change party, Fatherland (Batkivschshyna) and People’s Front Sergei Faermark.
