In Ukraine, 1,732 new cases of coronavirus infection observed as the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reported.
Totally, 87,872 got infected with Covid-19 since the beginning of pandemic; 46,797 patients recovered, while 2,011 died from the complications. 39,064 people are still infected.
The situation with coronavirus in the region:
Vinnytsia region – 3,129 cases; Volyn region – 4,529 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region – 1,658 cases; Donetsk region – 1,049 cases; Zhytomyr region – 2,333 cases; Zakarpattia region – 6,080 cases; Zaporizhia region – 1,038 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 6,320 cases; Kyrovohrad region – 739 cases, Kyiv – 10,160 cases, Kyiv region – 4,429 cases; Lviv region – 11,658 cases; Luhansk region – 171 cases; Mykolaiv region – 770 cases; Odesa region – 4,732 cases; Poltava region – 533 cases; Rivne region – 7,326 cases; Sumy region – 783 cases; Ternopil region – 3,538 cases; Kharkiv region – 5,583 cases; Kherson region – 290 cases; Khmelnytsk region – 1,514 cases; Chernivtsi region – 7,264 cases; Cherkasy region – 1,092 cases; Chernihiv region – 1,152 cases.
The data from temporarily occupied territories – Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Sevastopol – is absent.
As we reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved new criteria of classification of the regions on quarantine zones. According to innovations, the average number of a PCR method and ELISA method testing should make not less than 24 testings per 100,000 of the population during the last seven days.
