Almost two million Ukrainians received two doses of vaccine

The number of Ukrainian citizens who received two doses of anti-Covid vaccine approaches two million. On July 29 alone, this number made 63,239, Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry reports.

"Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 5,376,124 inoculations were performed. 3,437,629 people received their first dose (two of those received the first dose abroad); 1,938,495 completed the vaccination course", reads the message.

907 mobile crews, 2,565 vaccination points and 277 vaccination centres worked during the day.

Most of the injections were performed in Kyiv (23,262 over 24 hours, and 815,643 since the campaign began).

Estonia is ready to recognize the international vaccination certificates and the digital Covid certificates issued in Ukraine. Viktor Lyashko, thje Healthcare Minister reported that on Facebook

"It is crucial that Estonia is ready to recognize the international vaccination certificates issued by Ukrainian doctors, and the digital Covid certificates that Ukrainians will receive after the injections of two doses of vaccine", wrote the minister.
