Almost 90% of Covid beds are occupied in the part of the Donetsk region controlled by Ukraine as the Health Ministry reported.

"As of October 25, 88.9% of Covid beds are already occupied in the Donetsk region (3,357 people were hospitalized with Covid-19)," the message says.

88.3% of patients are on oxygen support are among hospitalized people.

The second place in terms of the occupation of COVID-beds was taken by the Zaporizhia region - 83.1% (2,547 people). There, 83.3% of hospitalized patients need oxygen support.

The third - 76.1% of beds are occupied (3,731 people).

Moreover, in the Sumy region, 80.1% of hospitalized people need oxygen support.

The lowest incidence rate was recorded in the Kyrovohrad region - 35.3% (282 people).

As we reported, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 14,634 new cases of Covid-19, including 999 children and 173 healthcare workers. 

Today Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Odesa, Sumy and kherson regions are in the “red” zone. Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia, Kyrovohrad and Poltava are in the “yellow” zone. Are other regions are in the “orange” zone.
