Airports of Ukraine cancel number of flights amid heavy snow falls

In Ukraine, on Monday, February 8, amid the bad weather, the airports of Lviv and Odesa canceled some flights. A number of flights will arrive in Ukraine with a delay.

Thus, at International Danylo Halytskyi Lviv Airport the flight to Kyiv was canceled; while the flight to Minsk is delayed.

According to the information, all flights to Ukraine will arrive on time.

Yesterday, this airport canceled flights from Istanbul and Dortmund. Besides, the flights to Kyiv, Dortmund and two flights to Istanbul were canceled.

Odesa International Airport canceled the flight to Istanbul. Besides, the flights from Tel Aviv, Istanbul are canceled; the flight from Boryspil is delayed.

Yesterday, this airport canceled the flight to Tel Aviv.

Boryspil International Airport shows the delay in the flights from Amsterdam, Dnipro, Odesa, Prague and Sharm El-Sheikh.

Yesterday, this airport canceled flights to Skopje, Doha, two flights to Lviv and three flights to Amsterdam. Besides, a flight from Skopje and two flights from Doha were canceled.

Kharkiv airport, Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) and Dnipropetrovsk International Airport hold all flights according to the schedule.

Currently, it is noted that all flights planned for tomorrow will be departing and arrive on time.

Earlier, it was stated that on February 8, heavy snowfalls expected all over Ukraine.

As we reported, Ukraine was going through an active snow cyclone that caused severe weather conditions and led to emergencies in the southern part of the country. In some areas, the height of snowdrifts reached 1.5 meters.
