Since the beginning of 2020, there have been about a million cases associated with cyber threats in Ukraine. The press service of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reports this information on Facebook.
The NSDC clarified that experts recorded various cases of cyber threats, specifically application-level network attacks, network scanning attempts, attempts at WEB attacks, fishing, DDoS attacks, the distribution of malicious software, and the like.
"To promptly respond to such threats and prevent possible attacks, the National Cyber Security Coordination Center is strengthening cooperation with companies from the private sector," the ministry said.
In particular, over the past month, the Coordination Center signed memorandums of cooperation with three dozen private foreign and Ukrainian companies. The Memorandum provides for the exchange of information between the Coordination Center and a separate specific organization on cyber threats and incidents in the field of cyber defense for prompt information, response, prevention of possible attacks and mutual assistance if necessary.
As we reported before, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) declared a data leak from the websites of state resources and critical infrastructure resources, which may threaten their security.
