A monument to KGB officers has been demounted in Kyiv

Construction equipment has been used for demounting.

The monument has been demounted as part of decommunization law, which bans soviet and nazi symbols. It took communal services at least a week to demount the monument, whereas activists had already tried to demount it several times. When the activists failed to do it, they simply poured the monument with paint.
