8,940 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Ukraine. Particularly, 414 children and 251 medics got infected as Health Minister Maksym Stepanov reported on Facebook.

Since the beginning of the pandemic: 1,961,956 people got infected; 1,499,752 patients recovered (+12,075 in 24 hours); 40,367 (+367 in 24 hours) lethal cases reported. 8,996,039 +37,557) PCR tests were held.

The majority of the confirmed cases are observed in Kyiv (892), Kharkiv (804), Poltava (725), Odesa (691) and Kyiv (647) regions.
